As a long-standing customer, I have consistently experienced subpar performance, frequent outages, and misleading promises. The recent incident of extended outage, slow speeds, false promises is unacceptable. It has severely disrupted my work, studies, and personal life. Despite numerous complaints and assurances from your customer service representatives, the issue persists. I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and accountability from your team. Your false promises and delayed resolutions are not only frustrating but also a breach of trust. I demand immediate action to rectify this issue and restore reliable internet services. I expect a prompt and effective solution, including compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope this email serves as a wake-up call. Airtel's Poor and Pathetic Service It’s been 45 days since I ported my number to Airtel, and I’ve faced non-stop issues ever since. Despite numerous efforts, including over 50 emails, there has been no resolution. From delays in SIM card replacements to frequent data service disruptions, the problems persist. airtel Airtel Cares Sunil Mittal Gopal Vittal Airtel company is looting the customers by giving them plans. The plan which the company is giving to the customers, has calling facility in some districts and not in some districts. I want to ask Airtel that when the company's plan has that facility, then it is for everyone, so everyone should get it, otherwise whatever is the rate of the plan, if the company is giving less facilities to the customers in some plans then they should reduce the rate of the plan for those customers who are getting less facilities. Not everything is done by cheating, customers are being given plans by fooling them here. When the customer will get less facilities, then why is more money being taken from him, Airtel company and the fiber people should explain.

Hi airtel Facing broadband outage for the past 24 hours. Only ETA for fixing keeps changing for every 3 hours and extending for the next 3 hrs. I doubt Airtel has any clue on what is happening and not even able to give a proper response. Customer care representatives as well speak like a chatbot and not give the proper reason for disruption and an honest ETA. Never expected such a pathetic service from Airtel. Adding on to the post: Finally network restored after around 30 hrs. still no message sent on restoration. Just randomly noticed network issue is resolved. #irresponsibleAirtel

For the past 20 hours, we have experienced a complete disconnect of internet services—both from the Airtel Fiber WiFi and your SIM network. This is **completely unacceptable**! Not only is the internet frequently disrupted for **6-7 hours every alternate day**, but the call network is also **ridiculously poor** in our area. Calls drop repeatedly, and it’s becoming impossible to rely on Airtel for basic communication needs. We are **paying for a service** that fails to deliver on every level, and the lack of reliable network coverage is beyond infuriating. How do you expect customers to remain loyal when your services fall short day after day? I demand an **immediate resolution** to these persistent issues. Enough is enough—this level of incompetence is intolerable, and I expect a **prompt fix** for the unacceptable inconvenience caused. Dear airtel Airtel Broadband I am deeply disappointed with the lack of action regarding my connection shifting request. Despite numerous assurances from your team, my issue remains unresolved. Each time I reach out, I am given a different timeline - 6 hours, 3 hours, 72 hours - but the problem persists. The delay in shifting my connection is severely impacting my office work, causing significant disruption. I cannot continue to tolerate this level of service. Who will compensate for the losses incurred due to this negligence? I initiated the connection shifting request on 29th April, and today is 4th May. It is unacceptable that the issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Your agents' false commitments and lack of assistance are highly frustrating. If my connection not shift within 1 hour kindly I request immediate cancellation of my connection and a full refund of my plan. I've been using Airtel Broadband since over a decade but lately their service has become a joke. I got a new "100 mbps" connection on 1 September 2024, yet my connection has never ONCE crossed 40 mbps in the 50+ days that this connection has been active. I've tried on weekdays, weekends, daytime, early morning, late night, but it's ALWAYS stuck in the 38-42 mbps range. I've been calling day in and day out to their customer support, and they tell me they will get back to me "in 48-72 hours" (which is atrocious in its own way, but I digress), yet, I have NEVER gotten a call back. All of my tickets get closed automatically after 72 hours. To make things worse, they forced me into paying for 6 months because according to the guy who set up my connection they don't have a monthly plan in Bangalore. I'm not sure if this actually a thing or if he lied to my face. Here are some of the excuses I've gotten for the slow speed from their "experts". I wish this were an exaggeration: "You will never get over 70-80% of the advertised speed anyway. 40 mbps is normal" "But sir, 40 mbps is not a bad speed, you can watch 1080p Youtube, right?" "Sorry sir, you have an air fiber connection, I only know how to fix regular fiber connection." He then hung up "If you keep trying the speed test over the next few hours, it will get better" airtel Since you are clearly unable or unwilling to give me more than 40% of the speed you advertised, and considering that my connection hasn't worked as advertised for a single day, I would like a refund for the 6 months that I paid for. Thank you. Maybe ACT FIBERNET will be a better choice.

Facing Service Negligence from Airtel Air Fibre – Need Resolution I’ve been an Airtel fiber user for quite some time, but my recent experience has been highly disappointing. On 12th September 2024, my internet connection went down due to a faulty wire. Despite raising multiple service requests, no Airtel technician arrived to resolve the issue for 7 days. Out of frustration and urgency, I had to get the problem fixed on my own, paying ₹1000 to an external service provider. I emailed Airtel about this issue on 22nd September, requesting a waiver of 7 days down service, and a clarification on why their service team didn’t respond. Till now, I haven’t received a single reply or acknowledgment from their billing or customer service team. Each time I contact their customer care, I’m told the issue will be escalated and someone will call me, but I’m still waiting. Airtel, I expect better from such a reputed company. I hope someone from your team can address this matter at the earliest and provide a reasonable resolution. If anyone from the Airtel team is reading this, please reach out to me. According to your mobile app, this issue was supposed to be resolved by 5 PM on the same day. However, it has been over three days, and the problem remains unresolved. Despite making more than 21 calls to your customer support team and receiving repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, no progress has been made. This lack of action and the continued disruption to my work and daily life is completely unacceptable. The failure to address this issue promptly and effectively indicates a serious lapse in service quality and customer care. This prolonged lack of resolution is intolerable, and I am now demanding immediate action. Further delays are unacceptable, and I expect my connection to be restored without any additional excuses.
