Owning a Bayfront property has always been my dream. Back in 2019, I seized the opportunity to purchase a duplex in Ocean City. Little did I know, this investment would appreciate remarkably, serving as a stepping stone toward my ultimate goal. 🏆 the vision of a Bayfront haven. 🏖 I have been so fixated on it, even my computer passwords reflected this dream. Featuring phrases that included “BayFront” “On the Bay”, etc, as a constant reminder and motivator. more than just a dream—it's been a lifelong ambition. But, the post-COVID real estate boom seemed to push that dream further out of reach. Prices soared, making the dream seem almost unattainable. BUT THIS YEAR, I SET A BOLD GOAL….: 🎯 to own a home on the bay by the end of 2024. Despite facing fierce competition, and cash offers that sidelined my contingency-based bids, persistence paid off. Through a fortuitous connection, I engaged with the owner of a perfect Bayfront property, negotiating a deal that aligned with my aspirations. All of that dreaming, wishing, and manifesting it into existence through writing does work. Sometimes, just longer and with more patience than you ever expected. Today? I'm thrilled to share that we're under contract for our dream home.
