Requirements:  Ability to acquire and extract data from primary or secondary sources using automated tools.  Identifying corrupted data, fixing coding errors or other related problems for data accuracy assurance purposes.  Effective development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics optimizing statistical efficiency and quality.  Interpretation of data and performing analysis for assessing the quality and relevance of data.  Preparation of ongoing reports and reviewing reports for filtering out data.  Identification of performance indicators for correction of coding problems.  Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends/patterns in complex data sets using statistical tools.  Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time  Preparing reports for the management evidently stating the trends, patterns and future predictions using the relevant data set.  Cross-cultural departmental collaboration for process improvement, system modification and devising strategies. Qualifications:  2 to 5 years of experience is required  Proficient in SQL, Automation, Advanced Excel.  Knowledge about R, Python are preferred but not mandatory.  Good presentation skills for upper management communication.
