I recently completed Kathrine Sharon's "Talent Management" course. It covered topics such as how to create a successful talent management plan and how to keep it going for a long time within a company. It deepens our awareness about identifying the talent pipeline and their development that companies must establish to retain current staff and prevent turnover by providing examples of talent management practices currently in use.
