We look after our people probably a multitude of ways. They are everything we do. So we want to make sure that they are not the only well supported from an operational perspective, but from a well-being perspective as well. One of the key things is worked off balance for any human being and there should be absolutely no reason that call center advises don't enjoy a work life balance. Now transport really provides that for the gas tax, you know, the hours of commuting away, the public transport tassles away from them and gives back. But what it also does is we can be sure that every single person who works at Sigma is safe outside of our transport. We also have a phenomenal employee assistance program. We partner with an organization that offers a specialized service to our business. And what that would entail is not only virtual counseling services, but we also have. Stay on site counselor that visited all of our sites from time to time. So we'll oftentimes have thanks over on sites and quite regularly and they help our employees that are new to working and the world of work and quite young and not while experienced from a financial perspective. And those types of specialists will then come in and help them to learn how to budget, how to plan for retirement and whatever might be relevant to the employee in question. One of the things with Sigma connected is our buildings are deliberately placed outside of central business districts. You know primary reason for doing this was to give teams back time so they could get to and from the office quicker and I'll have more time with their families at home. But what that comes with is a responsibility to the communities in which we place our buildings, you know and it's so rewarding to see what our referred to as mushrooming impact. You know we have 1000 or 2000 people and they start to spend money in the community. And we have Barber shops opening, coffee shops opening, you know, little food trucks. And you can really watch the entire economy mushroom around the building and it's fantastic. But more importantly is we, because of our position in the community, we have a responsibility to look after that community. And in fact, our people hold us accountable for looking after their community. So you know, something we take very seriously. It's not something we do because we have to. It's something we do. Because we want to and because it's the right thing, you know, whether that is looking after the local orphanages. You know, we have a feeding scheme. We fed 600 school children for a year last year. We feed the local homeless shelter and we try and do all of this within the community a that our buildings are in, but also where our people come from. So it's it's a a big aspiration for us. Our aspiration is to use the power of a business, our science to make. Impact that sustainable in the communities we serve As for many years to come.
