“You are not doing another qualification, what you need is confidence,” is what her partner said… and why she came to me. She wanted so badly to get ahead, but Chloe’s lack of self-belief held her back. She’d hit a ceiling in her career. To her, the answer was another qualification—then I’ll be good enough for the next level. But I knew she was already more than good enough. And I’ve seen it time and again—doing more qualifications DOESN’T WORK. You become overqualified for your level and risk not even being considered for roles. I should know, I’ve done it myself!
