The 26th Annual SIOPSA Conference invites you to submit abstracts focusing on critical mental health issues in the workplace. In light of the changing societal landscape and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, understanding and addressing mental health conditions among employees is more critical than ever. We aim to explore the significant impact of workplace conditions and behaviours on mental health and to discuss and propose preventive measures that ensure the mental well-being of every employee. We are looking for submissions in the form of case studies, panel discussions, research papers and posters on topics including but not limited to: - Current trends in mental health at work. - Strategies for creating psychologically healthy organisations. - Mental health equity and inclusion for all.
