📌EARLY PR Release Statement on Fearless Fund Lawsuit Outcome 📌 EARLY PR is disappointed in the federal appeals court’s recent decision to block the Fearless Fund from completing its mission of solving funding inequity for black and brown female founders. The decision is a deliberate attack on the progress of racial equity and justice and disregards the unique challenges Black women encounter in business. By blocking this grant, the court attempts to deny Black women equitable access to contribute to economic growth and innovation. Black women are the fastest-growing demographic of entrepreneurs. Yet, receive less than 1% of venture funding. Supporting Black women's businesses is an economic imperative that drives community development and job creation. EARLY PR is proud to be one of the many who will continue to champion marginalized business owners committed to building an equitable society, not unlike ourselves. These values are reflected structurally in every aspect of our business. Each month, we highlight small businesses in our newsletter, continuously speak up about injustice across our social platforms and offer discounter consulting services to brown and black business owners. Not to mention, our entire scope of client work also reflects these values. As a Black-woman-owned business, EARLY PR understands the struggle of racial and gender bias Black women experience and the difficulty of getting business recognition as a minority-owned business. Despite this setback for our shared communities, EARLY PR remains resolute. We will continue to advocate for equitable funding and recognition for all women, LGBTQ+, and marginalized business owners. Our commitment to justice and equity is unwavering and we will persist in amplifying the voices of the marginalized, ensuring their stories and successes are celebrated. #SupportBlackBusiness #EquityInFunding #StandWithFearlessFund #ChampionDEI #JusticeAndEquity #AmplifyMarginalizedVoices #WomenInBusiness #LGBTQBusinessOwners #MinorityOwned #InclusionMatters #EARLYPR

Over the past few days, I have seen a lot of women in my social networks activate and energize to be of greater service than their baseline high level of altruism. To that I say, "Wonderful!" I simply encourage you to bring that same energy to asking for and accepting help yourselves. Women, especially Black women in the USA, are quick to show up for other people and their goals. We have to remember there are additional habits and beliefs that must go along with that default altruistic inclination in order for the service to be sustainable. The key is to start with well-being. If you struggle to accept being on the receiving end of service before you are about to drop, contact me for a complimentary clarity conversation. #EssenceOfStrength #StartWithWellbeing #SuccessWithSatisfaction #PhysicianWellbeing #WellbeingWednesday

It’s Women’s History Month, but what does visibility do for us? Does it bring about justice, ensure our safety, or provide genuine support? Justice for Black and Brown women demands more than visibility. It calls for liberation. Support for disabled and neurodivergent women goes beyond visibility. It calls for equity. Safety for trans and queer women isn’t achieved by mainstream visibility. It requires destigmatization. A month dedicated to us, prioritizing our stories—this gesture fall short. True safety emerges from genuine change. Let’s spotlight those driving this change. Share women working toward these goals. Tag them below to amplify their impact. 👇🏽👇🏽 I’ll start: Madison Butler 🏳️🌈🦄, Erin Reed, Stacey A. Gordon, MBA, and Yai Vargas. #WomensHistoryMonth #IntersectionalFeminism

The Importance of Educating and Having Conversations About Racial Issues As black women, we often find ourselves in the position of educators, but it's a role we embrace. In a world where we constantly have to save the day, it's essential to keep having those conversations that others may shy away from. Join us as we share our experiences and discuss the importance of being willing to speak up, even when it's uncomfortable. Let's make those spaces more inclusive and empower each other to stand up and be heard. Together, we can break down barriers and create a more equitable future. #EmpowermentTalks #BlackWomenLead #SpeakUpAndBeHeard

Happy International Women's Day! On this day we remember all the Black women who gave their lives in the name of our struggles for freedom and equality. We acknowledge that our struggles continue, so we give thanks to all those that continue to advocate for freedom, rights and equity for Black women everywhere. International Women's Day 2024 is themed #inspiringinclusion. To be inclusive of Black women is to recognise that the narrative that defines us is is not our own. It is unjust, and is a major factor is the bedrock of the discrimination that perpetuates suffering, pain and anquish to us individually and collectively. That's why the Soul Purpose 360 campaign is so important. its time to redefine the narrative. Support #DefinitionRedefined #iwd2024 #iwd2024womenleadingtheway #InspringInclusion #blackwomenlead

Some thoughts from our founder.
There’s strength in being with other Black Women who understand our journey, struggles and triumphs without needing a long explanation... I was up late thinking about this and ended up writing a blog post on how we can build the community that we need right now. I'll put the link to the post in the comments so you can read it and add your thoughts. #community #newblogpost
