Over the past few years I've noticed start-ups are hiring talent teams sooner than they used to. This is great! It means founders are prioritising hiring top talent early on. However, no matter the size you're at and how big your talent team is, there's still a lot of value in using external partners, like Cubiq 😉 Here's the additional value we offer. 1) Access to a broader talent pool.
