There is much we can learn philosophically, theologically, ecologically, and poetically from the human body. The body is made up of multiple systems, but no system can be compartmentalized in complete isolation. Physically, we are a system of systems. Then, there is the integration of the physical and the emotional which is less tangible, but observable. Moving outward while moving inward, the spiritual dimension is least measurable or controllable, but no less real. From there, we move into our immediate environment and beyond the immediate where everything is connected by implication and integration. Nothing operates in a vacuum and nothing and no one is an island. It is great territory for meditation and a vast battleground for mediation. https://lnkd.in/g7cdmRHi

Thematic work (inspired by the pure structure of a strain created in Uruguay, in order to process and generate wine in barrels located in California) This work is the result and combination of different plastic techniques used in my creative and execution routine. Taking into account that the line is a moving point, this concept is directly related to the concept of “Structure”: Arrangement or way of relating the different parts of a set. I try to find similarities between the flag of Uruguay and the Californian landscape, about all those wonderful views that its beaches give us. It incorporates a depth effect by relating the concept of structure with circles that vary in size and color within the same line and thus achieve the desired perspective. My art seeks to relate with its images and designs what we have beyond our simple sight (microworld and macroworld), but above all it invites the viewer to a combination of sensations and emotions through its shapes, gestures and colors. My purpose is to suppress barriers, differences and limits by creating a Universal language that leads us to silent contemplation that transmits an almost mystical and globalized sensation of seeing the world. https://lnkd.in/dKrkdVT2

As demand for artisanal mezcal grows globally, it’s important to understand the history, craftsmanship, and significance behind each bottle. Día de Muertos is one of Mexico's most significant cultural traditions and celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. During this time, mezcal plays an essential role, symbolizing the connection between the living and the departed. Families offer mezcal on altars or in toasts to honor those who have passed, recognizing the spirit’s cultural depth and its place in celebrations from birth to death. If you want to learn more about the heritage that shapes it, read our article "The Artisanal Spirit of Mexico: A Deep Dive into Mezcal": https://lnkd.in/ewiBeuaE

A once-bootlegged spirit, poitín has become a symbol of Irish determination, encapsulating heritage and identity – especially on St Patrick's Day. Poitín translates as "small pot" in Irish and is pronounced as "pot-cheen". The super-strength spirit gets its name from the copper pots where it was traditionally distilled as a homemade Irish moonshine – an illicit category of alcohol associated with bootlegging. Ironically, the spirit was first created in convents and monasteries some 1,500 years ago. You can make poitín from anything fermentable that is naturally grown in Ireland, but the best-quality poitín is typically grain-based rather than potato, like many spirits. It can legally be sold as up to 90% pure alcohol, although Farrell's highest poitín is 60%. "It's like rocket fuel but really, really nice," he said. The spirit is a chameleon in the sense that its flavour takes on the body of its fermentation, distillation and mixing process. In its purest form, it has a light grainy taste and slight sweetness. https://lnkd.in/eC_DaDMD

If you were wondering, why the name Isotta? Follow the company page Isotta Prime to learn more about what we're up to, and why we're so passionate about investing in AI technologies. Exciting things to come
Where does the name Isotta come from? Isotta is of Italian origin, primarily used as a feminine name. Isotta’s inspiration lies in the origins of Iseult (or Isolde), a name famously associated with the medieval romantic legend of Tristan and Isolde. The name has a rich cultural background, frequently appearing in Italian literature and operas, where it symbolizes elegance and sophistication. It's Welsh root Esyllt, means “one who is gazed at.” Not to be underestimated for its surreal beauty, Isotta is also thought to be derived from the German names Ishild and Iswalde, which mean "ruler of the ice," symbolizing leadership and success. It's often associated with strength, resilience, and nobility. Isotta Prime embodies the very essence of its name, blending strength, resilience, and strategic leadership to guide investors with the same elegance and confidence that has defined its rich cultural legacy. IMIZI Rum at Harvard University: Turning the Function into a Focus Group I often joke that when people talk to me, they're not just talking— they're unwittingly participating in market research. High-quality consumer insight research is expensive. Observing, listening, and asking questions? Free. Here's what I learnt about cosmopolitan, culturally adventurous, late Millennials living in coastal American cities by hosting the IMIZI Rum Residency for the Harvard Class of 2019: 1. The "Rum and Tonic" Won't Work in the US: Unlike in the UK and Spain, the Gin & Tonic reference simply doesn’t resonate here. 2. "IMIZI Paloma" Could Be the Drink of the Summer: The green notes of IMIZI Forest Rum remind American palates of agave spirits, making the Paloma serve feel both familiar and novel. 3. It's not just my ego. IMIZI Forest Rum really is a Game-Changer: Hearing “I’m not usually a rum drinker, but I could have this neat” and “where can I buy this” as many times as I did signals that by expanding the boundaries of rum, we can attract new enthusiasts to the category. We’re not hitting US shelves anytime soon, but every learning opportunity gets us closer to becoming a global brand. PS: This wasn't just business for me. My first steps in beverages were bartending for friends in college. Sharing my life’s work with my class felt like a full-circle moment. What’s your favorite rum cocktail? Let’s chat in the comments!👇🏾 #IMIZIRum #MarketResearch #ConsumerInsights #Harvard #RumCocktails #GlobalBrand
