It was just different! At RISE this year’s national sales conference for @realbrokerage I noticed something that was much different from any other sales conference I had ever attended. Of all the sessions and breakouts it was never about the numbers, the competition, the ranks, or a specific target number. In fact I cant recall a session or even a presentation that focused on the numbers. It was all about the strategies, tactics, tools, relationships, and mindset that will help us day in and day out generate results. As I thought about it more; what an impressive level of confidence, vision, focus, and trust in the people and process. It was refreshing to see how leadership and the organization was so intentional on serving the needs of the agents so their businesses and brands can ultimately best serve the client. They understand everyone runs their business a bit different and rather than boxing everyone in to their model they offer a system that allows for us to be true entrepreneurs and not just agents! #realbrokerage #sales #realestate #salesconference

Using insights from the customer, consumer and category, our Hubbers Kate Fishwick CPCC and Claire Oliver delivered a commercial excellence training session focused on: 💡 Diverse thinking 💡 Growth mindset 💡 Challenging people to approach situations differently We even had the group come up with a new product to take to market, create a storyboard and film an advert for it.
