Product messaging isn’t just about honing your messaging for your website. It is about showing up consistently throughout the customer journey in your marketing, sales calls, decks *and* your website. Let your SDRs run riot with their own scripts and you lose the chance to test and refine your messages as you grow. You put the work in to define your messaging. Use it and show up consistently. With more data against a single benchmark you can refine your ICPs, be laser focussed with messaging and frame it around your more nuanced ICP’s pain points. If there is one thing about scaling SaaS businesses I have learned, is that nuance creeps in and you have to tighten your focus and start to segment.
