Let your SDRs run riot with their own scripts and you lose the chance to test and refine your messages as you grow. You put the work in to define your messaging. Use it and show up consistently. With more data against a single benchmark you can refine your ICPs, be laser focussed with messaging and frame it around your more nuanced ICP’s pain points. If there is one thing about scaling SaaS businesses I have learned, is that nuance creeps in and you have to tighten your focus and start to segment. As he said you start with your positioning but right after that you should look at how you communicate it. The website is probably one of your most important assets so maybe start with it.
