Conference, I wanted to share some personal reflections on creativity I’ve gathered over the years in our industry: 🌟 Creativity starts with constraints. It is when we face barriers, rough terrain, and limited resources that we find the opportunity to carve out new paths. Constraints don’t limit creativity—they ignite it. 🌟 Creativity is often unpopular. By its very nature, creativity challenges the status quo. A new idea, campaign, or model can take time to be appreciated—it’s an acquired taste. The journey of creativity often involves education, persuasion, and rallying others around a vision. 🌟 Creativity is rejuvenation. Just as the Renaissance awakened a new way of thinking, creativity thrives when diverse perspectives come together. In a world of increasing specialization, it’s crucial to cultivate curiosity and surround ourselves with multidisciplinary talents to unlock the best outcomes. 🌟 Creativity is surprising.
