This gives me childlike excitement! I’m super excited to announce that Kadri Uljas has joined the Snowballn' team as the Head of Operations! Why does this give me child like excitement? → Kadri worked with me during my previous venture, JRNY | AI. Those who were also lucky to be graced with her presence will know that she is REALLY GOOD at this early stage startup thing. She’s great at prioritising what’s important and she’s operationally astute. → Kadri makes people around her feel great. You know that feeling when you meet someone who provides a calming influence, regardless of the situation? Yeah, that’s Kadri. In an early stage company, that’s a super power. → Kadri has been a CEO. She understands what’s required to build a successful company. A lot of venture builders get caught out by focusing on items that simply do not matter. Kadri does not. Oh and lastly: It’s an indicator that we’re onto something with the Snowballn' proposition!
