In pre-modern history, both text and images played important roles in documenting culture. While texts have often taken precedence, images offer unique perspectives that complement and sometimes correct written records. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), studying medical images, such as anatomical drawings and acupuncture tools, offer fresh insights into its evolution. This latest issue explores how combining visual and textual research enriches our understanding of TCM's rich history. 🌿 Korean Ginseng: A Natural Boost for Cognitive Health! 🌿 A recent study highlights the incredible impact of Korean ginseng on brain function in elderly individuals. The study, conducted with hydroponically cultivated red ginseng (HRG80®) and wild-growing white ginseng, found significant improvements in cognitive functions and brain activity during relaxation and mental tasks. Both ginseng preparations were shown to enhance cognitive performance, though they target different brain regions based on mental load. 🧠✨ This natural powerhouse not only boosts cognitive health but also offers activating properties that support overall brain function. Ginseng continues to be a top choice for those looking to enhance mental clarity and energy levels. For this reason, we use it our Sharp Wits product: slow-release energy and cognitive enhancement, without the jitters.
