This is 10000% true. Some of these luxuries come with your decision to put your needs first… let’s talk about it. Time: 24 hours in a day/ 7 days in a week will not change. How you spend that time can. That’s the luxury. Spending your time in a way that enriches your life, not just filling everyone els’es expectation. A quiet mind: What are the things that are troubling you?How much of the noise is aligned with the things that you value? Is the noise worth your peace? - a luxury! To decide no everything is worth my peace, if it doesn’t bring me soulfillment or closer to it, it might not be so important. Slow mornings: The first question is ; why is a slow morning important to you? Two follow ups:What is the benefit of a slow morning?
