Met a founder with just two weeks of runway left. A week later? They pulled off an oversubscribed Series A. This isn’t a game for the faint-hearted. Respect to every founder out there pulling rabbits out of hats. Absolute heroism. 🚀
I have been on that roller coaster, too. It's not just about pulling rabbits out of hats; you always need a bit of luck, but it's mainly hard work, support, and trust from investors, peers, and clients. And especially the nerves to handle the stress. People usually underestimate the pressure they need to handle to cope with it, and like with anything, when you practice it, you'll get better. Kudos to fellow founders.
These things do happen… Sometimes even to companies serving hundreds of customers and major organisaations. Funding is typically jigsaw and often the pieces don’t quite fit, so sometimes bit forcefull final push & leap of fate is required. Very educational processes that I will not miss…. 😅
Also... It's in the interest of investors to delay...
As a founder you got to have unwaivering (some might say obsessive and insane) faith in what you do paired with nerves of steel. All the way to the very last euro. Hats off to this fellow founder! 🎩🐇

2wHi Sointu, We're literally in the same spot, but still making great contacts and hope to pull a rabbit out of the hat in the new year! We've tried reaching out to FOV, we think our Hologram technology could be extremely useful in the upcoming AR battle between Google, Apple and Snapchat. Would love to chat with you about how FOV could help.
