Most times we wait for bigger stage to serve It has become important to teach our young ones the importance of service as we did last week Service can take many forms, including: 👉 Customer Service: Supporting customers with products or services. 👉 Community Service: Volunteering to benefit local communities. 👉 Public Service: Working in government or non-profit organizations. 👉 Military Service: Serving in the armed forces. 👉 Selfless Service: Putting others' needs before one's own. Today we are reminded to serve at whatever capacity we can. Hope Raisers Global Foundation has continuously rendered a selfless service to many underserved communities. Sometimes we don't know how lost we are until we find our path again. Sometimes we don't realise how much we needed help and support until we get it. This is certainly the case for many Veterans who have battled difficult times, faced unseen challenges, as well as dealing with pain, injury and illness. Reaching out and asking for help can feel like a leap of faith, a jump into the unknown. But sometimes you can land just where you need to be - into a support network that gets it, into a place, a group of people, an activity that can help you find your way again. Reintegrating into society after military service can be the biggest challenge a Veteran ever faces. CBAW builds bridges between Veterans like Michael and the communities they continue to serve.
