This October, Syngenta Bangladesh celebrated Wellbeing Month with the theme "Embrace Wellbeing," reinforcing our commitment to employee betterment. The initiative began on October 7th with an inauguration ceremony led by Country General Manager Hedayet Ullah, engaging employees across Bangladesh in person and virtually. Throughout the month, we hosted impactful sessions covering various aspects of wellbeing, including mental health workshops, mobility sessions, and change management talks. Engaging activities and rewards promoted healthy habits, while our Country Leadership Team shared personal wellbeing practices, inspiring colleagues at all levels. Under their leadership, we organized mental health first aid clinics this month by our certified colleagues to provide support and guidance to colleagues in need.
