Dear connections, Please share your thoughts and experience. Candidate find a job opportunity meeting required skills and experience -> Candidate applied -> Candidate shortlisted for interview -> candidate cleared 1st round of interview -> Candidate cleared 2nd round of interview -> Candidate cleared 3rd round of interview -> After clearing 3 rounds of interview, candidate expect to get selected or not get selected(bad luck). But in response candidate gets an statement: "We are looking for more experience candidate". Is it fair from any angle? We have become habitual to listen "Ok I will call back very soon" from HR but this one is new. Isn't it?
