No, it's a Supercommunicator! 🦸🏾♀️🦸🦸🏻♂️ I was reading about Charles Duhigg book Supercommunicators: How to Unlock the Secret Language of Connection a couple of weekends ago ... and here he is talking to Simon Sinek 👌 I value nothing more than meaningful human connection, so deeper insight into what exactly constitutes "clicking" with someone else is fascinating. "Looping for understanding" - asking questions, and repeating the response back to the speaker to check you've got it right, is a basic coaching skill. For a start, the other person knows they've been heard. In life, it can aid honest and open discussions, even between people with opposing views. Agreement isn't a prerequisite for connection. Genuinely understanding each other's perspective enriches both. What difference would it make if you could communicate even more effectively? #meaningfulconnections #leadershipcoaching #activelistening
