🎉 Reflecting on an Unforgettable BUBBLE Events Halloween ! 🎉
This Halloween, I had the privilege of managing a truly memorable event, bringing over 1,100 people together for an epic night.
Key Milestones:
🎟️ Over 1,100 tickets sold, with 70% purchased by new customers
📈 CSV management for targeted outreach and data insights
📲 Over 60,000 monthly views across social media, expanding reach and engagement - 45.4% increase in followers in the month leading up to the event.
😀 17 Staff - including AV production team, transport and event operation.
From the earliest planning stages to the last scan at the door, I oversaw every detail, working to create an experience that would not only excite but stay true to the Bubble brand.
With a focus on atmosphere and impact, I handled everything to ensure that the vent itself would push the boundaries surrounding what the young people of Bath have experienced. Securing the venue and coordinating closely with management, to make sure all licensing and documentation was adhered to and provided for. Sourcing and arranging all components of the audio-visual set up, including staging and framing, this meant organising several meetings and site visits with the team to ensure we had all the necessary cabling, fencing and ensuring all equipment was safely transported to and from the venue. I also felt crafting a DJ lineup that resonated with our crowd was key, as was creating artwork, marketing content, and sponsored ads to amplify ticket sales but also reinforce the brand identity on social media.
Managing a dedicated team of 17 on the night itself—including a photographer and videographer—helped capture the energy of an event that scanned over 92% of all tickets sold.
The result was an unforgettable Halloween night, brought to life through collaboration and lasers, creative vision and bass, and a shared commitment to the music scene and enjoyment. A huge thank you to everyone involved, and here’s to more nights that celebrate community, creativity, and pushing boundaries in music! 🎶🕸️
