Training the Opera Singer as a Tenor Voice Professor. Something we need to be teaching in the voice studio is how to prepare for singing in a big space. When opera Singers are in staging rehearsals, a lot of times these are very live environments where they can hear themselves well. When they move into the performance space and can't hear themselves anymore... sometimes they push. We need to prepare them for this.
