This is a very well written article with a number of wonderful nuggets for women who want to want to form strong and impactful relationships in their respective organizations. It is also exceptionally helpful for companies who want to support the advancement of women within their organizations. One of my favorite concepts from the article is the “female triplet” effect. It is comprised of a senior woman leader, mid level woman leader and a junior woman leader. The senior leader sponsors the mid-level manager and the mid-level manager sponsors the junior manager with competence and understanding of challenges flowing up and down the chain. Brilliant!! 🔥 Hot Tip: Studies show that more diverse organizations are more profitable overall. ✅ Diversity in Leadership equals higher revenue

Add your voice to another woman's idea/thoughts. -Confrontation doesn't need to be confrontational! Ask in question form. -Horizontal healing! Yes! Encourage and support other women! https://lnkd.in/e4TtTWqn #womensempowerment #leadershipdevelopment.
