It's been a journey, so let’s bring this Movember home with a bang. By now you’ve surely seen the Mo’s sprouting and spreading all around you. While I recommend resisting the urge to touch or stroke your colleagues’ Mo’s, please don’t be shy when it comes to heaping on the praise. In addition to raising critical funds for men’s health, Movember is also about encouraging open and honest conversations. With that in mind, I wanted to share Patrick Chan’s story where Olympic figure skater, Patrick Chan, reflects on his career in sport. From his care-free first time on the ice, to the Olympics and home again. The wins, the expectations, the pressure, and his message to the next generation.
