What a night! In case you somehow missed it, England has bagged themselves a spot in this Sunday's Euro Championship finals, their second consecutive Euros final and their first on foreign soil! 🏴 But did anyone else notice Jordan Pickford's water bottle? It had some surprisingly info on there from being authentic on LinkedIn, posting quality content regularly, and not using automation. These tips can really help with standing out and generating quality leads on LinkedIn. But Pickford, stay in your lane mate. Leave LinkedIn marketing to the pros. You stick to saving penalties, and we will stick to generating quality sales opportunities for our clients and helping them stand out on LinkedIn 🤝 #linkedinmarketing #leadgeneration #salesopportunities #euros #itscominghome

24 hours away from the “Hubspot Hacks for $10-50M Projects Sales Teams” and we have more registrants than the collective amount of shanked pitching wedges into the trees for Steve Claydon and I over our combined 40 years playing perfectly average golf. We’re pretty bad at golf. So that’s a lot of shanked pitching wedges. And even more registrants. Want to join us? To the webinar. Not the golf course… Link in the comments. 🤝 ⛳️ #sales #webinar #hubspot

🔹 Milestone Competitions: Imagine your new hires hitting their targets and being rewarded with big, visible checks they can’t cash until they hit the next milestone. This strategy creates a powerful incentive structure, turning goals into tangible rewards that keep the momentum going! 🔹 Most Wanted List (Inspired by Patrick Bet-David): Ever thought of turning your top performers into legends? Our "Most Wanted" list does just that. The top performer’s face goes up with a bounty—anyone who beats their record takes the spotlight and the bounty! It’s a thrilling way to keep the competition alive and push your team to break records week after week. 🔹 Record Holder Bats: We’ve also run competitions where the top deal closer holds a special bat—signed, dated, and passed on only when someone else steps up and breaks the record. It’s a badge of honor that not only motivates but also recognizes top performers in a fun, memorable way. 🔹 Group Competitions: When it comes to building cohesive teams, nothing beats a monthly or quarterly pod competition. The winning team enjoys a commission increase for the following month—keeping the fire burning and ensuring continued high performance without the slump that often follows big bonuses. Checkout the breakdown here ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/dTviSUkS

What do event producers value when putting on a major event⁉ Our number 1 objective is to create an event that inspires better business for tomorrow. Helping clients on both sides—buyers and sellers—find value in connections and the opportunity to grow their businesses is at the core of what we do. And one of the toughest parts of the job is to learn that a particular attendee or exhibitor has left an event, an event, specifically designed for them and their industry, feeling defeated after investing time and effort. This is what keeps #tradeshow producers up at night. So to ensure we're on track, we try and ask the hard questions, gather feedback through candid conversations through individual and group discussions, as well as post show surveys. By getting real about what we can do better for future events, we can strategize improvements. If you've attended an event recently and have feedback, both positive and areas for improvement, I encourage you to take the survey or write a note. Your voice is important and it means the world to us! Damian Polak, forgot we did this a year back and had to bring it back out! We always love talking to our friends at Nice Find Wholesale who keep it real! #tradeshowtips #exhibitionsuccess #emerald

Shock & awe in business development Gary Vaynerchuk is 100% correct in this video A year to the day after you sign a contract….send a follow up & celebrate 1 year of a relationship! A celebratory reason for showing up with goodies is more memorable than hey, can I swing by & show you my face & sell you my services for another 30 days! If you have to lay a new business foundation every year….you end up with a neighborhood full of foundations but nowhere to call home! Don’t wait for a problem to communicate Don’t wait for a termination notice Don’t wait until the next project bid Your existing book of business is your best marketing tool! I did BD for 6 years in fine dining…..my existing clients were my referral system. We wrap up a great event, next day I reach out to say thank you…..I offer to deliver a tray of desserts to the person of their choice, with whatever message they wanted to deliver. 1. I built further loyalty in my current clients because Im helping them build their business. 2. I just got my foot in a door that might not otherwise open for me. 3.5 years later….those same doors I walk through in a completely different industry & role. Nicole Cooney & All County Paving were 2 of my dessert deliveries 6-7 years ago! Surprise & delight them & let them tell others about how amazing you are! #businessdevelopment #truthbomb https://lnkd.in/ewGVn4Cy
