I am pleased to share with you our new report 'The Right to Monitor Assemblies in the OSCE Region: Experiences from the Field' which was published today. The report is based on the interviews with organizations from 16 participating States who are involved in assembly monitoring either directly or indirectly where direct observation is not possible. Most of these organizations are members of ODIHR freedom of peaceful assembly monitoring network which we have hosted for the last almost 10 years. I would like to thank all organizations who agreed to participate in this research project and for their valuable contribution. Thank you also to Omer Fisher who was the main drafter of the report.
