But once you’re there, it can take months to recover. Its not just about feeling tired but hitting a wall where your mind and body start shutting down from constant overwork and stress. 🔔 Remember what we talked about in earlier posts: ✔️ On Day 3, you #setpriorities using the wheel of life framework to ensure that your personal life and health don’t get overshadowed by work ✔️ On Day 4, you learned to #setboundaries because work is not the only aspect of your life.
