Your Network is Your Net Worth In the last month, we’ve experienced firsthand the incredible power of connection and community through key events and client engagements: • A day at the prestigious Cathedral Golf Club in Victoria, where we enjoyed golf, lunch, and conversations about life and business plans with valued clients. • Our Annual Exitability Lunch, where we hosted a growing group of 7+ year clients focused on building businesses that no longer rely on the owner. • The Business Benchmark Group Summit and Gala at Crown Melbourne, with over 200 attendees strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones. Key Takeaways on the Power of Your Network: • A strong network is critical for both business and life success. • To thrive, aim for 5 key relationships in each area of your life: • 5 best-loved ones who ground you and enrich your life. • 5 great friends who show up for you anytime, anywhere. • 5 exceptional team members adding value daily to your business. • 5 great clients who trust and champion your work. • 5 key suppliers who act as true partners in your business. • 5 quality advisors across critical areas of your business—topped by your #1 mentor, who serves as the Chair of your personal and professional board. Lead from a place of servant leadership. Stay a student of life, and you will attract and sustain a network that enables you to live a top-shelf life. The power of your community is unmatched. Nurture it, and success will follow—guaranteed! #businessbenchmarkgroup #network #successtribe #victory #personalgrowth #friendships #nojudgement #newbeginnings

Thanks for a great year Stefan! Always great to do the RTG with you on a Wednesday morning. 1/ Ascertain what my Top 5 people in each of the 5 catorgories are. Have a plan to improve this list over the next 12 months as I can see areas for improvement. 2/ Make the phone call. Your authentic network will not judge you. Ask the question. 3/ Have 5 to 10 great questions in my arsenal, however listening is the most important.

- What can you offer your network rather than what can you get out of it - Your network can be filed with dream makers or dream takers - you choose - Who are your top 5 people in work, friends, family, suppliers, etc - These people make up who you are - choose wisely.

3 takeways for today: 1) Always be genuine and authentic, 2) success is not an event, it's a continuing journey, 3) listen more than you speak in your business network and stay engaged.

😍😍😍

1. Always been genuine & authentic. 2. We are the sum of the people we hang out with. 3. Gravitate towards dream-makers not dream-takers.
