At this point, no one is clearer of the "on-ground protocols during service disruptions" part than me! ⚠️ Placing a heavy emphasis and focus on service continuity and the clear communication of information, ensuring the smoothest possible journeys for commuters during times of disruption, I constantly call out those who keep the news of disruptions under wraps, or what I commonly refer to as "Sweep Under Carpet Culture", regardless of PTO. Even after I post all these, do you think management would be transparent in announcing disruptions? Of course not. You've seen how angry I was on that night. Name me a valid reason for not informing commuters of a disruption, especially when after midnight, that commuters would likely miss their last connecting train, such as at CSER and CCDT. Is there a valid reason for constantly not reporting about disruptions? I've been the first to detect abnormalities in headway, and also the first to perform crowd control when there is no other support such as those from Special Projects available. I've been the one to train my new Service Ambassador exactly what to do during disruptions, and endured scoldings from passengers alongside him. I am the true frontliner. If you want Experience, I have 2+ years of it, and counting. If you want Expertise, this expertise exceeds even that of many staff. If you want Knowledge, I have plenty of it and constantly pass it down to the next generation of staff, and the next. But none of these would be useful if not for the unparalleled Passion that moves and motivates me to do what I do, to keep us moving... Moving towards public transport excellence and inclusiveness ✨

This project strives to help pave the way for Poland's emerging central position on the European stage, effectively connecting the best of Western Europe with the best of Eastern Europe within CEE's largest population and economy. Coupled with the shifting demands to nearshore and shortened supply chains in Europe (and particularly in CEE where there is more growth potential), for Europe — this is particularly exciting for our industry's clients. The project, Central Communication Port, is a government megaproject which integrates air, highspeed rail and road transport, about 40 km southwest of Warsaw. 📍 The hub is planned to serve 40 million passengers per year, which is double the size of Berlin's Brandenburg Airport. It was interesting to read an article from an air transport symposium in Hong Kong. It was talking about the need for collaboration across the air transport industry to truly achieve digital transformation. It resonated because it reflected what we all know about how the real benefits here will come from entire ecosystems buying into transformation, particularly around data sharing.  Data locked away isn't helpful. They talked about how some countries are still stuck on paper for things like e-air waybills, which defeats the whole purpose of digitising them in the first place.  That's of course similar to most of our train tickets here in the UK - its only TfL that truly enables integrated transport electronic ticketing with other cities set to follow. Thankfully, they also didn't forget the people.  We know digital transformation can't just be an IT project.  Good leaders, highly skilled staff, talent pipelines are all part of it.
