🌟Stellar Lifestyle was thrilled to host IMDA for a visit to Hive at Esplanade MRT! We were honoured to welcome Mr. Kiren Kumar, Deputy Chief Executive, Development; Ms. Samantha Su, Director of the Sectoral Transformation Group; and Mr. Nara Andiappan, Senior Manager of the Sectoral Transformation Group. We had an engaging discussion, highlighting and exchanging key opportunities to create smarter, more efficient transit hubs that enhance commuter experiences. This insightful session also explored how IMDA, Stellar Lifestyle and SMRT Trains can collaborate to reimagine station rejuvenation by integrating next-generation technologies and innovative solutions. In particular, there was a focus on the development of a Robotics Middleware Framework (RMF) for train stations. With ideas to help improve connectivity, and modernise spaces - we are excited for potential collaborations that will pave the way for bold innovations as we shape the future of our rail network! As part of their Singapore visit, the delegation first explored Kim Chuan Depot where SMRT showcased innovative solutions that were developed from smart technologies, underscoring commitment to a more resilient and passenger-centered transport system.   After that, Stellar Lifestyle showcased SMRT’s on-ground protocols and our hybrid working concept at Paya Lebar MRT - emphasising how Stellar Lifestyle enhances commuter experience at the heart of transit stations. The visit highlighted our commitment to resilient transit solutions that keep Singapore moving. Stellar Lifestyle is delighted to welcome delegates from Guangzhou Metro 广州地铁, offering them a behind-the-scenes tour across several SMRT stations to highlight the evolving possibilities of retail and innovation within Singapore’s transit network. The tour began at Orchard MRT, where our guests explored Timezone Games’s largest outlet - showcasing how we can seamlessly blend play and travel in our transit network! It then continued to Dhoby Ghaut MRT’s Staytion Lifestyle Centre, where we shared our approach to transforming transit spaces into vibrant lifestyle destinations. This station has become a hub for wholistic wellness and community-focused retail, featuring an array of services from healthcare and fitness, to luxury goods and dining. We then travelled to Raffles Place MRT’s Hive Express, a platform for merchants to expedite retail innovation. Currently housing RedMart’s first physical storefront, it’s an automated shopping experience showcasing how advanced technology is reshaping convenience for commuters. Esplanade MRT introduced our guests to Hive - our Retail Innovation Hub, an incubator for SMEs and start-ups looking to test and validate breakthrough ideas. Here, Guangzhou Metro Resources representatives witnessed an array of pioneering concepts. The day ended at Paya Lebar MRT as we showcased vibrancy in our stations and Singapore’s rich history with the Comics Connect mural. It was an inspiring day of exchange, and we look forward to continued collaboration with Guangzhou Metro Resources, as we work together to redefine the possibilities of commuter-centric retail! 🌟The Hive livestream event with Singapore Management University students and our tenants was a success! 🌟 This live innovation showcase brought fresh energy and creative ideas directly to Hive at Esplanade MRT! The SMU students worked hand-in-hand with our tenants, delivering an interactive livestream that showcased everything from unique product offerings to tailored consumer experiences. At Stellar Lifestyle, we’re committed to supporting our tenants by embracing innovative digital trends, as well as providing a platform for young, creative minds to innovate! This livestream showed the power of fresh perspectives, with students not only supporting real business goals but also helping our tenants engage with audiences like never before. This stream would not have been possible without BeLive Technology. From IMDA’s Open Innovation Platform (OIP), to collaborating with us today - we are pleased to be able to provide our SMEs with a platform to validate their services. Stellar Lifestyle has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Singapore Red Cross (SRC), marking a renewed commitment to supporting community well-being across Singapore. Together, we will amplify Singapore Red Cross’ outreach by collaborating with Stellar Lifestyle for media campaigns and advertising spaces, increasing public awareness and engagement with their mission. This partnership will also see SMRT employees actively supporting blood drives and volunteer initiatives, furthering our impact in meaningful ways. Aligned with Stellar Lifestyle’s vision of 'Moving People, Enhancing Lifestyles,' this collaboration includes the potential for WINK+ app integration, allowing users to find blood bank locations and convert points into SRC donations, enhancing accessibility and support. Additionally, the Staytion Co-Working Space at Marsiling MRT Station will become a valuable hub for SRC community outreach and blood donation drives.
