This is a perfect example of mindfulness. Be present in the moment, without judgement. There is value to taking time to observe what is happening within and around you, and leaning into that before moving on to action. It is ok to be stuck, to be quiet and reflective. Those are the moments where you find your truth and inspiration.

Many of us experience that dreaded feeling of being stuck. But as a Mindset Coach, I see it differently: it's often a signal, not a random misfortune.
