Annordia advised Artmax on the letting of Waxholms Hotell. 🌊 This well-established hotel gem in the Stockholm archipelago will be operated by Jesper Ahlbom, owner of Familjen Ahlbom, and Stefan Strömberg, hotel entrepreneur and former co-founder of the hotel chain ESS Group. 🏨🍴 Their vision is to create a hotel with an international atmosphere and a gastronomic destination, with renovations set to begin immediately. The concept is built on party, joy, and warmth. 🎉💃 Waxholms Hotell features 42 elegantly decorated rooms 🛏️, conference facilities, wellness, as well as two popular restaurants and a large outdoor seating area by the quay. Cairns Harbourside Hotel for sale first time in 33 years through JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group The iconic Esplanade-fronted Cairns Harbourside Hotel for sale with JLL agents Adam Bury, Gareth Closter and Gus Moors. Commenting on the sale, Gus Moors Managing Director at JLL noted “The inherent characteristics of this rare offering, for sale with vacant possession via an expression of interest campaign, will put any new owner in the perfect position to take the asset into the future and carry forward the legacy Taisei Kanko have built over the past 33 years.” Adam Bury Executive Vice President at JLL added “We absolutely love the optionality that this property provides astute investors. With stunning views of the bay, vacant possession and rooms split across the two towers, this is a genuine value add play at a ticket size that will appeal to a broad range of investors who are keen to get a foothold in the buoyant Cairns hotel market”.
