They are great for getting a dog to lift their knees and hips higher than when out walking. Try walking or trotting your dog through long grass next time you come across it. 💪🏻👨🎓Graduated to 105’s for reverse lunges Set 3 of 3 earlier this AM after: 🦵🏻52,200 lbs volume on 10-minute timed seated leg press pyramid set 🦵🏻Side lunge pauses w/ 125 lb dumbbell, 3 X 15 each leg 🦵🏻3 X 12 DB RDL’s 🦵🏻2 sets of 11 each leg reverse lunges w/ the 💯’s 112% bodyweight each leg for 10 reps straight Set 3. Legs and butt burnt to bits even before this. Officially cleared to break in those 105’s next week. Whereas when I was transitioning back to the fitness industry and I’d look around me at my new gym jam-packed with college kids at 26 fresh after exiting physical therapy school and thought: Damn do I have work to do… Today I’m taking things to a level I’ve never seen before 32. Stronger than ever on these. Doing hanging abs with ease. Pressing 110 lb dumbbells even on meh days for me. And closing in on that 19-minute 5K. I am a work in progress. I am very far from the strongest guy you’ll see. But as far as I see? It’s up to me to let people know what they’re signing up for before they even sign up with me. Like Andrew who committed to 6 months with me. We like results. We get results. If you don’t want results, hey. That’s OK.
