The National Native American Bar Association (NNABA) is especially unique. How? Most of their lawyers are both U.S. citizens AND citizens of their respective Tribal nations. Their members share communal responsibility, either directly or indirectly, of protecting the governmental sovereignty of the more than 560 independent Native American Tribal governments in the United States. The NNABA strives for: 🌟 Justice and legal representation for all American indigenous peoples 🌟 Fosters the development of Native American lawyers and judges 🌟 And addresses social, cultural, and legal issues affecting American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. My critique underscores the need for a nuanced and contextual understanding of the legal and social dynamics in Pakistan, one that recognizes the primacy of Islamic principles and values in shaping the country's identity and development. This perspective is crucial in evaluating the complex interplay between international human rights norms and the unique cultural and religious landscape of Pakistan.

As a person in the legal profession if you don't talk about human rights, justice... fighting against the systems of oppression in the nation and around the world then you really failed this profession. When we talk of Justice it should be for everyone against all the oppressive forces. When there is silence on over 35 thousand deaths...over 14 thousands children and is still ongoing and increasing in Gaza, Palestine...when there is a tendency to do whatabouterism and competition of atrocities... there is not only a failure in values and ethics as in the legal profession but as human beings as well. When you see the religion of the victim to decide what your emotions should be you have failed as a human. Understanding history, politics of this world is paramount to see the struggles various people groups are facing and what are the Majoritarian and Fascist systems that exist which are forcing upon those injustices on the innocents.
