Happy #AgDay24! National Ag Day recognizes and celebrates the abundance provided by American agriculture. Join us today to show appreciation for all the farmers and growers who keep us fed, and contribute to a safe and reliable global food supply! National Ag Day is organized by the #AgricultureCouncilofAmerica (ACA). "ACA is a nonprofit organization composed of leaders in the agricultural, food and fiber community, dedicating its efforts to increasing the public's awareness of agriculture's role in modern society." We are proud to be part of the #AgIndustry, and to support growers in their mission to feed the world. #Growers facing nematode problems know firsthand how these destructive pests can wreak havoc on crops, ultimately costing billions in economic damages and lessening the amount of food available to the world. Thankfully, growers have a power solution against nematodes: TELONE™. Using TELONE™ to prep the soil ahead of planting helps create a zone of protection for developing roots to establish into healthy plants, with improved quality and increased yields. TELONE™ helps farmers maximize their crop outputs and continue to feed a growing global population. Story 4: Harvests Beyond Imagination - God's Abundance through EFI's Methods As we continue our #GivingTuesday campaign, we're thrilled to share with you the remarkable results we're seeing in the fields of farmers who have implemented EFI's agricultural methods. Our approach is rooted in time-tested practice and Biblical wisdom: • We teach conservation agriculture methods developed after the 1930s Dust Bowl • These proven techniques are adapted for small farmers in the Global South • We integrate scriptural principles, combining faith with practical farming This program is designed to: • Improve and regenerate soil fertility naturally • Optimize rainfall management • Enhance overall farm management practices Typically, we'd expect gradual improvements over several years. However, the results we're seeing are nothing short of extraordinary: in just the first season of implementation, farmers are experiencing at least a 2.5-fold increase in yields. Some are reporting increases of up to 5 times their previous harvests! These results far exceed our expectations. We're witnessing an immediate and dramatic impact on farmers' lives and livelihoods. This level of transformation, especially in such a short time frame, is truly remarkable. Only God can do that! You have the opportunity to be part of this incredible work. A generous donor has pledged to match all new monthly gifts, doubling your impact. Your support will help us bring these life-changing methods to more farmers, multiplying harvests and transforming communities. Thank you for considering how you can partner with us in this important work. Together, we can continue to witness God's abundance in the lives of farmers around the world. 🔊🎵🎙️RIVERINE PLAINS PODCAST🎙️🎵🔊 Dr. Stephen Simpfendorfer NSW Department of Primary Industries teams up with our Senior Project Manager Kate Coffey to tackle Fusarium Crown Rot in wheat production. With the potential to incur losses up to $23.4 million, the culprit lurks in 75% of tested paddocks. We explore various contributing factors, including changes in farming practices and soil health nuances. Dr. Simpfendorfer's insights reveal how wet seasons, increased stubble volumes, and subsurface soil acidity exacerbate the disease, endangering cereal crops during critical grain fill stages. Together with Dr. Simpfendorfer and with the support of Grains Research and Development Corporation and Development Corporation, we are aiming to equip farmers and agronomists with the tools to be proactive and overcome the crown rot challenge. 🎧SPOTIFY ➡️ https://hubs.la/Q02rBMtW0 🎧BUZZSPROUT ➡️ https://hubs.la/Q02rBKYR0
