An Amazing Recap of My Video Mojo Convos on Creativity & AI A fresh take... well, actually a summarized podcast-style conversation, audio overview of my Video Mojo podcast conversations with marketers, journalists, and video producers about AI & Creativity. To create the AI-generated human-sounding 9-minute audio conversation linked below, I used a Google tool called NotebookLM. I gave it the YouTube URL's of 9 of my video conversations from my Video Mojo video podcast and of one webinar I gave on creativity and AI, and it generated this remarkable audio conversation called an Audio Overview. What you'll hear encapsulates roughly five hours of recorded material. I especially like the conclusion. Imagine creating a podcast that’s almost entirely automated, from script to voice, with minimal human input. That’s exactly what Nicholas Nalbach has been experimenting with his podcast, the AI Briefing. So far, he’s reached around 90% automation—and here’s his latest experiment… Nick shared on my podcast this morning that he used Google’s Notebook LM, a tool that turns documents into podcast episodes. This feature offers a new way to consume dense documents by turning them into engaging audio content. So this time, instead of using the usual AI-generated voice from ElevenLabs, Nick handed over the AI-generated script to Notebook LM. How Did It Turn Out? The result was surprisingly realistic! The AI-generated hosts had a natural-sounding conversation, complete with human-like pauses and even subtle details like taking a breath and lip smacking! However, Nick did mention that it felt a little too polished at times, which could turn off some listeners. So here’s the big question: Are we moving toward fully automated AI podcasting, or will human hosts (and touch) always be essential? How to use AI for recording your entire podcast? I have used Google's new tool called Illuminate to generate Audio discussions on any topic. I have chosen the AI Index report to show you the gist of how its working. I am amazed at how it is capturing information from the text and generating Audio for it. On the other hand I totally understand that to build community with genuine people you need to be the one to speak with real guest which I am doing it already.
