"In addition to cellular toxicity, our findings reveal numerous — on the order of 3~4 x 106 per milliliter of the injectable — visible artificial self-assembling entities ranging from about 1 to 100 µm, or greater, of many different shapes. There were animated worm-like entities, discs, chains, spirals, tubes, right-angle structures containing other artificial entities within them, and so forth. Can anyone help me understand how histology labs intend to follow the ISO 15189 (2022) standards, that will be implemented in 2025, in regards to IHC/HC stain consistency? It requires that labs internally track quality in such a way that trends and shifts are detectable, and apply statistical analysis to that data for regular review. Without a tool like Qualitopix, how will labs do that? #qualitopix #immunohistochemistry

Thrilled to share that our paper, "Polymer vesicles for the delivery of inhibitors of cariogenic biofilm", has been accepted for publication in Dental Materials and is now available on ScienceDirect! 🦷✨ This research presents a novel drug delivery platform for pH-responsive, biofilm-targeted inhibitors as a potential treatment to prevent dental caries. Our findings suggest that encapsulating biofilm inhibitors within polymersome vesicles provides a targeted, efficient approach that preserves the oral microbiome while combating Streptococcus mutans in dental caries models.
