Do you know why there is no cutting fluid in the CNC machining process? The material is black POM. The parts are used in a high-voltage environment so the customer has concerns about the cutting fluid being impregnated in the finished part. So, during the machining process, we didn't use cutting fluid, which requires exquisite techniques to prevent the parts from deforming due to high temperatures. #WayKen #CNC #POM #machining
