As a sales leader, THIS is what you want to see from your team! Sales is a roller coaster. Even for rocks stars like Anthony. He does all the right stuff to avoid the cold streaks: ☕ feeds the pipeline ☕ varies his lead pool ☕ stays consistent and disciplined in his outreach ☕ asks for feedback and works on his processes But not every month will set records. The lulls will come. It's how you respond to them that separates the good from the great. I love to see this attitude from someone on my team, and know next month will be a different story. "Son, don't forget, the ☀️ shines for everybody" This is one of the 2 instructions I received from my dad when I started HolyGuest. As a football player, you couldn't score if everybody wasn't doing his job. In the military, the team is always above the individual since you wouldn't survive if you couldn't rely on your team. That moto also led me to sit once a month with "competitors", actually ended by acquiring 3 of them. Today, I'm excited and proud to officially take this philosophy to a whole new level, an industry level with the Maveriks ⚡️ Network. The first collaborative distribution system for property managers. From now on, Guesty users will be able to connect, collaborate and generate each other reservations, creating a new revenue stream from unbookable leads and taking their brands to whole new levels, turning competitors into partners. (other PMSs coming soon) More than that, this is the first step towards seamless collaboration in our industry. Proper Sharing economy... in a B2B world. I cannot wait to see where we will all take this further. Here's to the ☀️ shining for everybody (and the parents wisdom)

Unfortunately, rarely have they agreed, even in principle, upon the qualifications sought. This most feared type of client management is usually staffed at the top by former avid fraternity members. Nothing less than a chameleon could change his color so quickly and completely as to pass muster with each member of the blackball committee. The selected candidate often is the result of the worst type of compromise.
