Currently under safeguard proceedings, the company urgently needs to secure fresh funds or a buyer by February 17th, with the threat of insolvency looming by the end of March. The Financial Picture: €130 million required to complete its giga-factory and scale production. €130 million in outstanding liabilities. 2023 revenue: €5.8 million, net loss: nearly €80 million. Despite operating in a growing market, the lack of profitability is taking its toll, and time is running out. Without a clear solution, liquidation becomes a real possibility, putting shareholders and the company’s future at significant risk.
