Living by the sea has been truly inspirational for me. Spending hours on the water rowing, sailing, and walking along the coastline has been a source of joy and motivation. Recently, starting the October Dip a day challenge has shed light on the state of our waters. It's clear that action is needed from all of us now more than ever. We all have the power to make a difference. Whether it's through donations, picking up and clearing away garbage, or being mindful of what we put down our drains, each small action contributes to a cleaner environment. Giving back to the team, fighting food waste and supporting local business - it's a win-win-win scenario. Fortnightly, we purchase the short-dated food from a local grocers and give it all away to the team F.O.C.
