It is with great pleasure to announce that I have successfully completed Boston Consulting Group (BCG)'s BCG X Data Science Job Simulation/Virtual Internship program on Forage, this opportunity allowed me to learn and enhance my existing skills and apply them onto a real life scenario and to get a better understanding of what kind of work/projects can we expect as students when we eventually step foot in the actual industry. In this project we are given a scenario where we have a client company PowerCo. who are seeking consultancy from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) regarding their churning of clients, so in this project we study the company data, we perform a basic Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), add features and proceed to train a model to help predict the company future. It was a great experience working on this project and I'd like to thank Forage for this opportunity. Following are the tasks which were carried out by me while working on this project:  * Completed a customer churn analysis simulation for XYZ Analytics,   demonstrating advanced data analytics skills, identifying essential client   data and outlining a strategic investigation approach.  * Conducted efficient data analysis using Python, including Pandas and NumPy.   Employed data visualization techniques for insightful trend interpretation.  * Completed the engineering and optimization of a random forest model,   achieving an 85% accuracy rate in predicting customer churn.  * Completed a concise executive summary for the Associate Director, delivering   actionable insights for informed decision-making based on the analysis.

It has been a week since I ended my internship with SustainLab, and it was a worthwhile journey. I entered the role of Sustainability Data Analyst with an arsenal of skills and a willingness to learn and grow. SustainLab offered me the perfect environment to evolve. The role was not merely about applying my skills in Data Analysis and Research; I was presented with the opportunity to push boundaries. Along the way, I have honed my adaptability, sharpened my attention to detail, refined my time management capabilities and significantly bolstered my teamwork skills. I have gained deeper insights into Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, greenhouse accounting and Sustainability Standards and Legal frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI, GHG Protocol ). I have also gained new knowledge and skills as I collaborated with the UX and Tech team (Kamal Hakimzadeh, Pauline Steingrube)  to conduct software tests and provide feedback. I was also delighted to support new interns during their onboarding, training them on using the SustainLab software and creating reference materials for their learning. I could not have achieved all this without the immense support of the dynamic team at SustainLab. They are truly #Awesome. I want to give a special thanks to Sofie Bergdahl, Alejandra Melle, and Rimsha Zafar, with whom I worked on the Customer success team. I am excited about the next steps in my career and look forward to applying these competencies to inspire change. Hi there, Connections! I'm pleased to report that, as part of my internship, I worked on a healthcare project using datasets provided by Futurense Technologies. My team and I were given this project, which involved hands-on experience with data cleaning, manipulation, and visualisation. Before we get started, let me briefly discuss the various data analysis techniques. Data Cleaning: Data cleaning is the process of fixing or removing incorrect, corrupted, incorrectly formatted, duplicate, or incomplete data within a dataset. Data Manpulation: Data Manipulation is one of the initial processes done in Data Analysis. It involves arranging or rearranging data points to make it easier for users/data analysts to perform necessary insights or business directives. Data visulaization: Data visualization is the graphical representation of information and data. By using visual elements like charts, graphs, and maps, data visualization tools provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data. In the world of Big Data, data visualization tools and technologies are essential to analyze massive amounts of information and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, a huge shoutout to Vaibhav Simha J and Samuel Repudi from our team for cooperating and assisting with the completion of this project. ✨Internship Continuation Report✨ As a Power BI intern at Cognifyz Technologies , I continued to build on my data analysis skills by focusing on investment trends. My primary task involved identifying common reasons for investment decisions and visualizing these trends, as well as analyzing the sources from which individuals gather investment information. Task Description 1. Data Preparation: Using Power Query in Power BI, I cleaned and transformed the data to ensure accuracy. This involved removing duplicates, handling missing values, and standardizing categories for consistency. 2. Trend Analysis: I employed DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to calculate the frequency of each reason for investment. This allowed me to identify the most commonly cited reasons for investing. 3. Visualization: I created interactive dashboards and visualizations to represent the data. Insights Gained📈 Investment Trends: The analysis revealed that "better returns" was the most frequently cited reason for investing, followed closely by "Fund diversification." This indicates a strong focus on financial gain among investors. Information Source:Investors increasingly rely on financial consultants for investment guidance,making them the primary source of information ahead of newspaper, magazines, television and online resources. Recommendations 1. Enhance Online Presence: Given the significant reliance on the internet for investment information, company should consider increasing it's digital marketing efforts.This could involve creating informative content that resonates with potential investors. 2. Investment Education: Offer webinars or workshops focused on the benefits of investing, emphasizing tax advantages and long-term gains. This could enhance investor confidence and knowledge. My continued internship at Cognifyz Technologies has provided me with invaluable experience in using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
