Confidence is a term that is thrown around everywhere and it's hard to measure on it's own. The fake it till you make it approach can work to grow confidence, but you've really got to push through, especially when a difficult situation arrives and stress is at an all time high. That's where those who are authentically confident shine. Authentic confidence is built on a number of parameters that all play an almost equal part. Breaking down each part and working individually on it is where you add in the authenticity to confidence. 1) Build competence - do the work, read, research, access professional development opportunities that offer real world content. 2) Embrace challenges - get involved in new projects and step out of your comfort zone to gather experiences. 3) Become self aware - know what your strengths are and what you need to work on and keep building both. 4) Positive self talk - be gentle with yourself and adopt a growth mindset. What can you learn from hiccups and where are you killing it. 5) Reflect on success - even the small stuff. It's so important to accept the praise and tick the steps you take towards your goal Build on these skills and your authentic confidence has no choice but to show up for you. #beconfident #authenticconfidence #suzymiller #leadershiphack #leadershiptip

🌟 Be Humble, Yet Unshakably Aware of Your Worth 🌟 True humility is not about underestimating yourself—it’s about staying open to growth, feedback, and new possibilities. It keeps you grounded, curious, and adaptable. But here’s the other side of the coin: being highly aware of your worth. Knowing the unique strengths, experiences, and gifts you bring to the table allows you to stand tall, make an impact, and add value to every space you enter. This balance is what transforms potential into excellence. When you’re humble, you’re always learning. When you’re self-aware, you confidently contribute. Together, they make you unstoppable. Here’s how to find that balance: 1️⃣ Listen with intention: Feedback isn’t criticism; it’s an opportunity to refine. 2️⃣ Celebrate your wins: Acknowledge the value you bring to your work and life. 3️⃣ Stay curious: Never stop exploring new ways to grow. 4️⃣ Know your boundaries: Confidence comes from honoring your needs and limits. 💡 The secret? You can be both—a lifelong learner AND a trailblazer. How do you strike this balance in your professional and personal life? Why “Fake It Till You Make It” Can Backfire You’ve heard it: “Fake it till you make it.” It’s tempting advice, isn’t it? It offers a shortcut. A way to leap over discomfort and insecurity. But here’s the thing: Faking it often does more harm than good. Because when you try to be someone you’re not, you end up feeling inauthentic. You create tension between who you are and who you’re pretending to be. And boy… That gap can be paralyzing! The better alternative? Act as if. Sounds close but it’s completely different. This isn’t about faking confidence. It’s about stepping into the role of who you’re becoming. Bit by bit. Learning and growing along the way. Here are my suggestions: 𝟏. 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 You don’t need to be the expert on day one. In fact, trying to act like you know everything can shut down your openness to growth. Approach each situation with curiosity, eager to improve, and willing to say, “I’m here to learn.” 𝟐. 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 You were invited for a reason. Your voice matters. Even if you don’t have all the answers, remember that your insights bring value. Engage from a place of contribution, not perfection. 𝟑. 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 Challenges aren’t a sign to quit. They’re opportunities to refine your skills. Every misstep is a step closer to mastery. The trick is to see each setback not as a failure, but as a necessary part of the process. Here’s the secret: You’re not faking anything. You’re evolving. You’re growing into the role, building real confidence that sticks, one step at a time. So, what’s one area of your life where you can start acting as if today? #leadership #personaldevelopment #confidence

🌟 The Power of Resilience in the Face of Adversity 🌟 Ever have one of those days where *everything* seems to go wrong? 💥 You know, the moments when you hit 'send' and realize your attachment didn’t go through, or your internet connection drops right before a crucial presentation? 😩 Recently, I encountered a frustrating tech glitch that left me staring at a “Something went wrong. Wait a moment and try again” message. At first, I felt defeated. But then, it hit me: ✨ This is a perfect metaphor for life and business! ✨ We all face setbacks—whether in our careers, projects, or personal lives. The key isn’t avoiding these hiccups but learning how to navigate them with grace and resilience. 🚀 Here’s what I learned from that moment of frustration: 1. Pause & Breathe: Take a moment. When things go wrong, rushing to fix them often leads to more mistakes. 2. Reassess: Ask yourself what went wrong and why. This helps to identify improvements for next time. 3. Try Again: Persistence is crucial. Every top performer has faced their share of “errors”—what matters is getting back up and pushing forward. 4. Reach Out: Don’t hesitate to ask for help or advice. Sometimes, the solution is just a conversation away! 5. Celebrate Small Wins: Each reset can be a step toward something greater. Make sure to acknowledge your progress along the way. Life may throw unexpected challenges our way, but it’s our response that defines our journey. 💪 How do you handle setbacks? Share your experiences below! Let’s inspire each other to keep moving forward! 💬👇 #Resilience #GrowthMindset #Leadership #CareerDevelopment #TryAgain Amelia NguyenAdam VetranoAli RziiAnh NgoVIA English AcademyCuong HoangBinh Nguyen

👉 Transitioning to a new career requires more than just skills—it takes confidence. Kassandra (a current client of mine) spent her first 4 weeks in The SOARING Leader program taking on new experiences to build that confidence. It is key to overcoming doubts and embracing the change. Often, we limit ourselves with mindset obstacles we may have not recognized. This is where working with a coach can make all the difference. A coach can help you identify: 👉 unseen barriers & obstacles 👉 shifts your perspective & mindset 👉 and equip you with specific tools to confidently take action towards your goals. Don’t let uncertainty hold you back, if you never try, you will never know if it was possible. Ready to see if you have unseen obstacles in your path? ⭐ Schedule a 1-on-1 no-obligation call with me & let’s start working on your next step. Building Confidence: The Foundation of Growth Confidence is more than just a skill; it is a mindset that opens doors to opportunities, collaboration, and success. Over the years, I have realized that: 1)Confidence drives action: Even the best ideas stay dormant without the courage to share them. 2)Confidence builds trust: Whether you are leading a team or presenting an idea, believing in yourself inspires others to believe in you too. 3)Confidence is a journey: It is not about being fearless; it is about showing up despite the fear. For me, confidence grows through preparation, self-reflection, and embracing challenges as learning opportunities. Small wins lead to bigger victories, and over time, those victories transform self-doubt into self-belief #Confidence #ProfessionalGrowth #Mindset

🌟 Self-Maturity: The Key to Personal and Professional Growth 🌟 Self-maturity isn’t just about age or experience; it’s about developing the emotional intelligence to navigate life with grace, patience, and resilience. 💡 Here’s what self-maturity looks like: 👉 Taking Responsibility: Owning up to mistakes and learning from them instead of shifting blame. 👉 Embracing Feedback: Listening to constructive criticism as an opportunity to grow, not as an attack. 👉 Managing Emotions: Staying calm and composed, even in challenging situations. 👉 Choosing Growth Over Comfort: Stepping out of your comfort zone to achieve bigger goals. 👉 Letting Go: Releasing grudges, unhealthy attachments, and the need for control. Self-maturity is a journey, not a destination. Each day offers a new opportunity to reflect, improve, and become a better version of yourself. 🌱 💬 What’s one lesson you’ve learned on your path to self-maturity?
