Easy breakfasts -Greek yogurt parfait w/ granola, berries -Kodiak waffles w/ pb & banana -Oatmeal w ultra-filtered milk -Egg bites with a bagel Easy lunches -Turkey sandwich with cheese and greens -Pre-made beef or tofu (like Kevin’s, Aldi or Trader Joe’s brand) with microwave rice and veggies -Pulled or rotisserie chicken pita pockets with tzatziki, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers (Additional fruit for more carbs/color, additional starch for hard training days, additional protein sources as needed) What’s your go-to option?
