When you're looking to camera, I love that rolling. AI and machine learning will completely transform and accelerate the process of servitization. Fundamentally, it's about those making decision making, and that's actually quite a revolutionary. What AI and data is doing is making decision making much more productive. When you've got a significant amount of very, very, very varied data that's very difficult for a human to process into really good insights. AI allows us to train the machine to make those insights for us to help us make better decisions. So typical analysts, data scientists spent 60% of their time cleaning or looking for data, not using data. Our products selves closed that gap. A few customer dealing with more than 100,000 of different. Arts Doing this all manually can only be optimized with AIML Algorithms supported by AML is one of the way to quickly manage those vast amount of data. We predict effectively when a product might be breaking down and then actually order in advance so that as soon as the tractor is not working, all the right parts needed to fix it are there. That Synchrony is a partner that is really working hard with data. They have very good AI algorithms for predicting on the pricing side, for instance. And here, of course, prediction is even more important because you need to understand what a service is going to cost even before things happen. Are you particular can be an incredible tool in assisting you and reach these decision better informing what the person needs to know in order to act upon for a better customer experience.
