In my role, one of my primary goals is to regularly foster a sense of well-being and tie our company core values into the daily activities of the organization. “Show appreciation” is one of the easiest, yet most creative values I get to act on. I am constantly challenged with coming up with new ideas to show our employees how much we appreciate them, and although it can be a challenge at times trying to please every type of person and work with budget constraints, sometimes the simplest ideas work out the best. Queue Taco Tuesday! Everyone’s favorite weekly holiday. This morning we brought in Taco supplies and had the staff make their own Taco in a Bag. This mini celebration takes away no time from employees who feel too busy to participate in company activities, works for most types of diets and is a fun , more unique option than ordering in pizza ( although, everyone loves pizza once in a while). Grateful to work for a company who allows me to explore my creativity, and rarely says no to the ideas I bring that I feel will benefit the human side of the organization. 👌

Help us celebrate and everyone WINS! 🌟 50 years would not have been possible without our amazing employees! When Ken and Elaine Spinato opened their doors in 1974, they didn't know it then, but they were about to create something more than food - they created the Spinato's Experience. The Spinato's Experience is what we call treating our guests like family, being attentive to their needs, genuinely caring about their days, and serving them intentional food made with love. Our employees are trained to be rockstars at providing the Spinato's Experience. They know that we aren't just in the pizza business; we are in the people business. Comment below with the name of a server or bartender who gave you Spinato's experience, and you AND that employee will receive a Spinato's goodie! 😁 To enter: Comment the name of a server or bartender who gave you the Spinato's Experience, tell us which Spinato's location they work at, and tell us what they did to make you feel a part of the Spinato's Family. Make sure to follow us and like this post. Everyone who enters will win a prize! ⭐

Change is hard…. When people do not understand the WHY behind a change. Sometimes, change makes so much sense that people don’t question why it’s occurring. They question why is hasn’t occurred before. Case in point: National Taco Day 🌮🌮🌮 Per a USA Today report: “The National Day Calendar changed National Taco Day to a Tuesday beginning this year. The holiday will be recognized on a Tuesday in October this year, and will always fall on a Tuesday going forward.” So, adjust calendars. If you celebrate, National Taco Day has shifted from Oct 4 to Tuesday, Oct 1 this year. It will now forever be on a Tuesday. Taco Tuesday.

🌟 Building a Strong Corporate Culture: A Key to Success 🌟 David Cummings, Co-founder of Pardot, wisely said: "Corporate culture is the only sustainable competitive advantage that is completely within the control of the entrepreneur. Develop a strong corporate culture first and foremost." As Whataburger continues its exciting expansion, this quote resonates more than ever. A robust corporate culture drives their growth and ensures that every new store embodies the values and spirit that make Whataburger special. This has been true for its more than 70-year history. Remember, creating a thriving company culture isn’t just about ping-pong tables and free snacks (although those are nice!). It’s about shared values, trust, and a sense of belonging. So, whether you’re a startup or an established company, invest in your culture—it pays dividends in the long run! 🌟 Please repost if you agree that <Corporate Culture is a Key to Sucess>. ♻ #CorporateCulture #Leadership #Whataburger #BusinessGrowth #Inspiration
We celebrated National Whataburger Day across our footprint yesterday, and you could say the Vibes were immaculate in Yukon, Oklahoma, as our Chief Administrative Officer Alexander Ivannikov celebrated with our Vibe Restaurant group franchisees, Michael Trifari, President and CEO, and Key Operator Charla Saberi-Nikou.

🌮 Happy Taco Tuesday, Everyone! 🌮 As we tackle another productive week, let's take a moment to celebrate one of the most delicious days of the week – Taco Tuesday! Whether you're a fan of traditional street tacos, enjoy experimenting with taco bowls, or love to load up on all the toppings, there’s no denying the universal appeal of a good taco. But beyond the delicious flavors, Taco Tuesday serves as a fantastic metaphor for our professional lives: 1. Variety is the Spice of Life: Just as there are countless ways to customize your tacos, our careers are filled with opportunities to explore different paths and spice things up with new challenges. 2. The Best Results Come from Combining Ingredients: A great taco balances flavors and textures, much like successful projects rely on the combination of diverse skills, ideas, and teamwork. 3. Consistency Matters: Celebrating Taco Tuesday weekly reminds us of the importance of consistency and dedication, whether it’s in perfecting a taco recipe or achieving our professional goals. And remember, whether you’re crunching numbers or tacos today, let’s make it a fulfilling and productive day! #TacoTuesday #ProfessionalGrowth #Teamwork
