Hey Buddies, Today I wanna look at the communication between Recruiter and Candidate during hiring. Sometimes candidates can be really... hmm.. talkative and pushy 🤭 But there are 2 different types. I recently made an offer to a guy who'll be relocating to Dubai from another country. I understand that it's quite a stressful and serious step, but you can't even imagine how many messages and concerns I should've handled... 🤯 I even started thinking that I shouldn't hire internationally to avoid such cases.. Btw before I had a guy relocating who wasn't even that concerned about his visa 😁 And here's another example of being pushy: another candidate for a managerial position was following up with me every 2 days or so while waiting for a hiring manager feedback. But he was doing it in such a nice way, also asking me some things, sharing updates from his side. So I wasn't annoyed at all.
