In our State of Leadership Development Report 2024, over a nine-month period, we set out to understand the top challenges of people managers who used Risely from North America (US, Canada, UK, Australia) and India. The insights, from new managers to seasoned leaders, have been eye-opening. 👥Who Did We Talk To? The majority of participants were associate managers (35%), with team leads close behind at 23%. Directors made up 28%, while CXOs contributed to the remaining 13%. This gave us a diverse range of perspectives, from hands-on management to high-level leadership. 🎯Experience Levels Most managers had 2-5 years of people management experience (33%), but we also heard from newer managers with less than two years on the job (19%). A large chunk of respondents, though, were seasoned managers with over a decade of experience. These insights provide a unique window into the diverse challenges faced by managers at all stages of their careers.
